Delivery Time
Most orders are completed and shipped within 5-7 business days, however, we ask that you please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment as we may need to obtain supplies to complete your order. If time is of concern, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a more accurate estimate of when we can have your order ready.

We ship to the Continental United States through the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are determined on the flat rate scale detailed below. If you should require expedited shipping (overnight or next day) please contact us. For local delivery orders, please see local options below.

We provide the ability to pay on-line using a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. The industry leader in secure, private on-line payment transactions, PayPal, hosts our financial gateway. Local Clients
If you live near our Landenberg, PA studio we would be happy to save you the cost of shipping by hand delivering your order. With the rising cost of gas, however, a delivery fee of $0.30/mile will apply. Mileage will be calculated from 130 Glennann Dr, Landenberg, PA via www.mapquest.com and will be rounded to the nearest whole mile. Please make sure to check your mileage before requesting delivery as it can be near or more than the cost of shipping. Also remember to multiply the mileage number by 2 to account for the round trip. We are currently offering the delivery services to residents within the Avon Grove, Kennett Consolidated, and Unionville-Chadds Ford School Districts. In order to use our delivery service, please complete your transaction on-line and we'll refund the shipping cost differential to you electronically once deliver has been made. IMPORTANT: After your order is placed, please e-mail us with your order number and the words "PLEASE DELIVER" in the subject line. If we do not receive an e-mail from you, we will assume you want the item shipped regardless of your proximity to our location. Returns
As all of our merchandise is custom made to order, all sales are final. Our Bald Baby Bows, however, are completely guaranteed to hold in baby fine, barely there hair. If these bows don't hold in your baby's hair we will gladly refund the purchase price upon return of the bows.
Sizing
Custom Apparel
Our custom designed apparel runs true to age. When choosing sizes for our custom made pieces we suggest that you choose the
size closet to the child's age and in conjunction with his/her store-bought size. When considering the child's store bought size, we
suggest using the size purchased for pants with a fitted waist (like jeans) or a fitted dress. For example, when shopping for a
cotton tee shirt for a 2 year old one might purchase a size 3, 4 or even 5 since tops are often cut slim. However, when purchasing
for jeans or a dress for that same 2 year old, a size 2 would probably fit best.
We like to note that most of our custom apparel items (through the use of elastic, multiple sizing buttons and other techniques) are
designed to last the child a number of seasons so slight variations from the standard age measurements are usually not a
problem.
When designing our custom apparel pieces we use a Standard Sizing Guide. Please note: these are body measurements, not
finished garment measurements. If you feel the child varies significantly from these measurements given their standard size or
you are concerned about fit, you are welcome to provide us with your child's measurements so we can ensure a proper fit. When
measuring your child, please do so without clothing and make sure to measure snuggly around the indexes listed below. You may
enter the child's measurements along with his/her typical store bought size in the 'special instructions' box on any of the order
pages.
Embellished Apparel
Please use the guides referenced for help in choosing appropriate sizes for our embellished apparel. Measurements listed are
finished garment measurements as specified by the manufacturer. As they are direct from the manufacturer, embellished items
cannot be altered for fit with the exception of jeans and pants which may be shortened if necessary. You may enter the desired
finished length for jeans/pants in the 'special instructions' box on the order page. Please note that all jeans have adjustable
waistbands (12 and 18 mos jeans have elastic back); waist measurements listed are with adjustable bands fully opened.
